Refund & Cancellation

At Dynatrix Labs, we are committed to providing professional training, consulting, and development services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted. By enrolling in our courses or services, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Policy

  • All course fees, training fees, and consulting payments are non-refundable once a user has enrolled and classes have commenced.

  • Enrollment is considered complete when the user successfully registers, pays the required fee, and is granted access to the course or batch.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • If Dynatrix Labs is unable to conduct the classes properly due to internal reasons (e.g., technical issues, trainer unavailability, operational challenges).

  • If a batch is cancelled by Dynatrix Labs before completion.

  • If a service (training or consulting) is paid for but not delivered at all.

In such cases, Dynatrix Labs will process a full or partial refund depending on the stage of service delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • If the user withdraws, discontinues, or drops out after enrollment.

  • If the user is unable to attend live classes due to personal reasons (internet issues, device problems, schedule conflicts, etc.).

  • If the user misses sessions or fails to complete the course within the stipulated time.

  • If course access (recordings/materials) has already been provided.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • User-Initiated Cancellations: If a user cancels enrollment before the batch start date, Dynatrix Labs may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Once the batch starts, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

  • Institute-Initiated Cancellations: If Dynatrix Labs cancels a course, program, or consulting engagement before it begins, a 100% refund will be processed.

5. Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during enrollment.

  • Processing fees or transaction charges (if any) deducted by the payment gateway are non-refundable.
